思科UC和网络时间协议

NTP (Network time protocol)是一种基于IP网络的日期和时间同步机制。思科统一通信平台内置NTP客户端，以确保思科IP电话LCD显示正确的日期和时间、呼叫详细记录(CDR)、呼叫管理记录(CMR)和用于故障排除的跟踪文件。日期和时间信息将自动复制到集群中的所有订阅者。一些UC平台现在支持类似于Cisco统一通信管理器(Cisco Unified Communication Manager, CUCM)中使用的发布者/订阅者模型的数据库复制模型。配置NTP客户端:登录UC设备的“操作系统管理”页面，使用平台管理员帐号/密码登录。平台管理员用户名/密码是在安装系统时设置的，出于安全考虑，通常与配置系统时设置的用户名/密码不同。在“设置”菜单中可以访问“NTP服务器”选项。单击“新建”按钮，输入NTP服务器的IP地址或FQDN。单击Save。NTP服务器状态将始终显示“NTP服务不可访问”的初始状态。 Do not be alarmed. Refresh the web browser page and the status should change to “The NTP service is accessible”. Cisco IP phones receive their date and time information from their subscribers by default. The subscribers get their information from the publisher and the publisher synchronizes with the NTP source. To eliminate potential clock skew, a Phone NTP Reference can be configured in the CUCM system menu and then applied to a date/time group configuration. The date and time group configuration is then applied to the device pool which is applied to the phone. Cisco IP phones have many configuration elements that are configured directly at the phone level, but the Cisco IP phones also inherit configuration settings from the following configuration items: • Device Pool • Common Device Configuration • Common Phone Profile
