消息监视器

Cisco Unity 5.0推出了一个名为消息监视器的现场呼叫筛选功能。Cisco Unity Connection（CUC）或CISCO UNITY Express（Cue）不支持消息监视器功能在此写作时。消息监视器功能每次将呼叫路由到手机的相关的主要线路语音邮件收件箱时都会在Cisco IP电话上显示屏幕。When the message monitor feature is displayed on the Cisco IP phone, the following four softkeys are available: • Monitor • Stop • Ask • Take When the monitor softkey is pressed, the user can monitor the voicemail that’s being left for the user in real time. The user can terminate the monitoring session by clicking the stop softkey. If the user has heard something interesting and wants to take the call, they may click either the ask or take softkey. The Ask softkey will present an audio prompt to the original calling party, asking them if they would like to be connected to the subscriber (original called party). Pressing the Take softkey will abruptly disconnect the original calling party from the voicemail session and connect the original calling party to the original called party that was monitoring the session. Remote message monitoring provides the same functionality across the PSTN using audible prompts and DTMF digits when a notification device is configured for device number 6 in the Unity system administrator (SA) or the Unity Assistant (UA) web pages.
