This ICOMM video lab demonstration shows you how to use the “Native Presence” capability built into Cisco Unified Communications Manager v8.0. Specifically, this feature allows you to configure a button on your phone as a Busy Lamp Field (BLF) speed dial. This button can be used not only to dial a configured speed dial directory number but also indicate the on-hook or off-hook status of that directory number.
