几周前我教了一门课，这门课的认证考试的主题出现了。谈话的要点是，一些学生希望课堂的重点从一个学习环境转移到一个备考环境，特别是一个“专注的”备考环境。这不是课堂的目的，我不能也不会宽恕这种行为。这引起了各种各样的道德困境，这是可以想象的。任何训练师都会告诉你，场景有几个问题。培训师希望他们的学生做得好，通过认证考试，但以一种不损害学生、认证或教师的方式。这就是问题的关键——考试、班级、学生和教师的诚信。是的，有“学习指南”可用，有一些人会使用它们，确实，可能通过认证测试。他们不知道材料，可能会导致IT领域面临的整体问题——纸质认证。问题不在于有些人会使用这些学习指南，而在于他们如此明目张胆地使用它们。 I have no problems helping students prepare for their certification tests, after all, isn’t that what we want for our students? I do draw the line when it involves the use of brain dumps in class. What students use for their own studies outside of class is their own business – they are the ones who will have to answer for their actions when they cannot perform their job. What I am concerned about is that their employer will blame the training center or me for the employee’s inability to do their job. Again, we can only encourage the students to not use brain dumps and study for the test. There are programs you can purchase that will aid in preparing for a certification and again, nothing beats hands-on experience! In the end – I kept everyone focused on the class and not having it become the “focused” exam prep class that a few students wanted.
