Open the following configuration pages in the following web browser tabs to identify why international calls are failing: First tab -> Calling party phone configuration to identify CSS Second tab -> Calling Search Space details (what partitions does the CSS have access to?) Third tab -> Called party (RP 9.011! / 9.011!# - what partition is the called party in?) Notice that the partition of the calling party is not a determinant of whether a call will go through or not. Recall from previous blogs that two directory numbers in the same partition can not call each other unless the CSS of the calling party permits access to the destination (called party) partition. In this blog, we discussed outgoing calls from the CUCM cluster. In the next blog, we will investigate the application of calling search spaces related to inbound calls.
