我们有几个项目覆盖的今天，从IntelePeer发布两条消息，一个来自Zeacom。Zeacom has introduced an operator console for Lync at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference 2013. IntelePeer’s SIP Trunking has earned Microsoft Lync 2013 qualification, and IntelePeer also unveiled new SIP-trunking bundles for hosted UC service providers The new Zeacom Communications Center (ZCC) Operator Console for Microsoft Lync. The new ZCC console combines Zeacom’s operator interface with Lync’s powerful unified communications capabilities, designed to improve productivity and offer a better caller experience. Intelligent queue-based routing, innovative features and real-time status information have been blended to address operator requirements. John Cray, Zeacom Director of Marketing and Product Management commented in a statement saying, “The ZCC Console for Lync extends customer experience management beyond the contact center. It gives operators unprecedented control and access to information, resulting in faster call handling, reduced call abandonment and lower overall cost of service.” Zeacom also announced the integration of ZCC with the Enghouse Interactive Quality Management Suite 5.0, designed to provide an affordable, easy-to-use recording, reporting and evaluation solution. Version 5.0 supports 15 languages, offering desktop monitoring capabilities that allow administrators to record and monitor selected business applications according to demand. In other news, IntelePeer announced at the Microsoft World Partner Conference that its CoreCloud SIP trunking services have been qualified for interoperability with Microsoft Lync 2013. Along with existing qualifications for Lync 2010, this latest qualification allows IntelePeer to provide a turnkey SIP trunking solution for Microsoft Lync business customers to any Lync unified communications (UC) deployment, whether deployed on-premise, via hybrid model or delivered as a cloud-based hosted service. IntelePeer also unveiled new UC SIP trunking bundles for hosted providers, offering pre-defined, fixed cost bundles of phone numbers, voice minutes, services and support. IntelePeer’s CoreCloud UC SIP Trunking service is included in each package.
